Korean Music Legends Unite for ENA’s Bold New Reality Show ‘House of Girls’
A dynamic new chapter begins in Korean music television as ENA unveils its latest music reality series, House of Girls, arriving this May. The star-studded lineup includes musical powerhouses Kim Yuna, Yang Dong-geun (YDG), Sooyoung, and Shin Yong-jae, who step in as ‘Artist Makers’—guiding a group of ten emerging indie artists known as ‘Non-Title Artists’ in their journey to become full-fledged multi-talented musicians.
Renowned for her haunting vocals and profound emotional depth, Kim Yuna leads the charge as the primary Artist Maker. Joined by beloved hip-hop icon YDG, the vocally versatile Sooyoung, and emotionally resonant balladeer Shin Yong-jae, the team combines expertise across genres to nurture the raw talent of upcoming musicians.
House of Girls centers around missions that challenge each Non-Title Artist to evolve quickly while recording compilation tracks. The top three will rise as ‘Title Artists’, ultimately forming a 3-member project unit. Providing a different kind of mentorship is actor Lee Yi-kyung, serving as both host and Managing Director. Well-known for his emotional range on screen, Lee Yi-kyung brings sharp industry insight to help discover and elevate new talent.
“These ten Non-Title Artists have already proven their competence in Korea’s indie scene,” said the production team. “With the support of our elite Artist Makers and Managing Director, we’re excited to see who will emerge as the final trio ready to take global stages.”
The anticipation surrounding possible collaborations between Korea’s top-tier artists and indie rising stars is already creating buzz. Keep an eye out for the premiere of House of Girls on ENA later this May—you won’t want to miss the birth of Korea’s next legendary unit.
