Massive Kpop concert Seoul Wonder Show opens Seoul Spring Festa with legendary and rookie artists

On the evening of April 30, the Seoul Wonder Show officially kicked off the Seoul Spring Festa at the iconic Seoul World Cup Stadium. This large-scale concert served as the grand opening celebration of a sprawling cultural and tourism festival that highlights the heart of K-content and K-culture in South Korea’s capital, Seoul.

With actor Wi Ha-jun, NMIXX‘s Kyujin, and Hearts2Hearts‘ Jiwoo taking on hosting duties, the event showcased an extraordinary lineup of K-pop’s biggest names and rising stars. Legendary boy band god (comprising Park Jun-hyung, Danny Ahn, Son Ho-young, and Kim Tae-woo), The Boyz, STAYC, NMIXX, n.SSign, ALL(H)OURS, TWS, NCT WISH, NEXZ, izna, KickFlip, Hearts2Hearts, KiiiKiii, NouerA, and NEWBEAT delivered stunning performances to a stadium packed with cheering fans.

More than just musical acts, the Seoul Wonder Show was a holistic display of Korean culture. Wi Ha-jun not only hosted, but also took on the role of a special presenter, emotionally portraying the significance of Seoul and Korean cultural values to the world.

The pre-show featured a unique performance by Yageum Yageum, a viral YouTube artist known for fusing traditional Korean instrument gayageum with modern K-pop. This beautiful merging of old and new emphasized the depth and diversity of Korean culture.

Fans across the globe were invited to experience the festival in real time, as the event was live-streamed through KBS’ official YouTube channel, KBSKPOP.
