TWS makes impactful comeback with first win on THE SHOW performing If I Follow My Heart

Rising K-pop group TWS has kicked off their latest comeback with a monumental achievement—claiming their first ever music show win. On April 29, during their performance on SBS M and SBS funE‘s THE SHOW, TWS clinched the top spot with the title track from their third mini-album, ‘If I Follow My Heart, It’s Not Cool’.

The win is especially meaningful, coming immediately after their comeback stage. The members expressed their gratitude, stating, “While prepping for this album, we wanted to run this race with our fans. Thank you for giving us such precious memories on music programs. We’ll continue making memories together.”

During the encore, the group delivered a stable live performance filled with energy and warmth, sharing their joy with fans as they moved freely across the stage. That night, TWS showcased two tracks—‘If I Follow My Heart, It’s Not Cool’ and ‘Lucky to be loved’.

Clad in stylish denim looks, TWS embodied youthful charisma in their stage for ‘If I Follow My Heart, It’s Not Cool’, radiating refreshing energy. Meanwhile, their performance of ‘Lucky to be loved’ captivated fans with expressive, sentimental delivery and melodic grace.

Their latest single has shown strong momentum both nationally and internationally. Upon release, the track entered Melon‘s ‘Top 100’ chart at #99 and steadily climbed to #67 by the morning of April 29. Following their live comeback stage, the song also landed on Melon’s daily chart.

Globally, the group is seeing even more success. On QQ Music, the track ranked #2 on the weekly Korean songs chart (April 18–24) and reached #5 on the overall music video chart (April 21–27). TWS’s mini-album ‘TRY WITH US’ also hit #2 on the Oricon weekly album chart in Japan (April 21–27).

On April 30, TWS will continue their promotional wave with another comeback performance on MBC M and MBC every1‘s Show! Champion.
