Bulletproof Boys (BTS) member V has once again proven his worldwide popularity. His collaboration track ‘Winter Ahead (with Park Hyo Shin)’ has surpassed 280 million streams on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform.
Since its release on November 29, 2023, ‘Winter Ahead’ has maintained an impressive performance, charting for 148 days on the Spotify Global Chart and 104 days on the Apple Music Worldwide Songs Chart.
Upon release, V’s ‘Winter Ahead’ debuted at #99 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, ranked #1 on the Holiday Digital Song Sales chart, and placed #62 on the Holiday Top 100 chart.

V stands as the only K-pop artist to chart three songs—‘Christmas Tree’, his rendition of ‘White Christmas’ featuring Bing Crosby, and ‘Winter Ahead’—on the Billboard Holiday Hot 100. Impressively, all three tracks also topped the Holiday Digital Song Sales chart.

The track’s music video has seen immense success, taking the #1 spot on YouTube Music Video Trends Worldwide. ‘Winter Ahead’ earned a spot in Billboard’s ‘The 27 Best Winter Songs for the Season’ list. Billboard praised the song saying, “Winter Ahead captures the feeling of the first cold day of the season.
