Korean trot singer Chun Rok-dam is quickly becoming a household name, firing up the national stage with his recent appearance on TV Chosun’s ‘Mr. Trot 3 TOP7 Begins – Talk Concert’. Broadcast on the night of the 24th, the episode saw Chun embarking on a dynamic journey as part of a variety retreat in the scenic seaside city of Gangneung.

In the episode’s first major event, Chun Rok-dam surprised visitors at the Samcheok Central Market with a guerilla-style concert. Despite the brisk weather, he drew a full house, opening powerfully with ‘Gangwon Arirang’ and sparking a wave of applause.
