DAY6 Wraps Up Sold-Out LA Shows in Stunning Return to the U.S. Stage
Korean rock band DAY6 has once again shown why they are one of the most beloved acts in the K-pop scene. On April 16 and 17, the quartet delivered a spectacular two-night concert at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles as part of their much-anticipated ‘DAY6 3RD WORLD TOUR ‘FOREVER’’.
This marked their return to the U.S. concert scene for the first time in nearly five years, following their 2019 ‘DAY6 WORLD TOUR ‘GRAVITY” performances. Initially scheduled for one night, the LA show quickly sold out, prompting the addition of a second show — which also sold out completely. The back-to-back full houses served as a strong testament to DAY6’s global reach and popularity.
Opening with “Best Part,” Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon took the audience on an emotional and musical journey through a packed setlist that included hits like “You Were Beautiful,” “Congratulations,” “Zombie,” “Melting,” “Happy,” and “Welcome to the Show.” The crowd responded with thunderous cheers as the group delivered their signature live band sound infused with heartfelt vocals and poignant lyrics.
Following the show, the members expressed their gratitude. “Thank you for spending two unforgettable nights with us,” they shared. “It’s thanks to you that we’re able to continue performing, and we hope you will keep walking with us. No matter what happens, DAY6’s music will always be by your side.” They ended with a hopeful note, promising, “We’ll return quicker next time. Stay happy and healthy.”
DAY6’s ‘FOREVER’ tour spans 45 shows across 23 cities worldwide, with upcoming stops in Yokohama from April 26–27 and Jakarta on May 3. The grand finale will take place at KSPO DOME in Seoul‘s Olympic Park over two weeks from May 9–11 and 16–18, with all six shows already sold out. The shows will be held in a 360-degree setup, maximizing concertgoers’ immersive experience.
With soaring ticket demand and an unwavering global fanbase, DAY6’s triumphant return solidifies their place as a powerhouse in the K-band genre, proving that their music — emotionally honest and musically rich — continues to resonate far and wide.
