LE SSERAFIM Takes Japan by Storm with New Single ‘DIFFERENT’
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) has set a new milestone with their fourth Japanese single ‘DIFFERENT’. According to the Oricon charts released on the 24th, the single sold 98,898 copies on its first day of release, securing the top spot on the daily single ranking for the 23rd.

#### Climbing the Charts
The title track of the same name also made a notable entry at No. 4 on Japan’s iTunes Top Songs chart as of the afternoon of the 24th. Remarkably, this is the first time a Japanese original by LE SSERAFIM has entered this chart.
Released as a pre-single on the 9th, ‘DIFFERENT’ has been consistently climbing the ranks on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform. It debuted at No. 69 on the ‘Daily Top Songs Japan’ and has remained there for two consecutive weeks, proving its popularity. The song conveys the message of ‘being oneself’ and distinguishing one’s unique qualities from others.
Included in the single are three tracks: the title track ‘DIFFERENT’, ‘HOT -Japanese ver.-‘, and ‘Kawaii (Prod. Gen Hoshino)’. Notably, ‘Kawaii (Prod. Gen Hoshino)’, produced by top Japanese singer-songwriter Gen Hoshino with English lyrics by Huh Yunjin, ranked 9th on the Japan iTunes Top Songs chart as of the morning of the 25th.
#### A Global Journey
LE SSERAFIM is currently on their world tour ‘2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’,’. The tour kicked off in Incheon in April and recently completed nine performances across Nagoya, Osaka, Kitakyushu, and Saitama in Japan with great success. As they continue their journey in July and August, the group is set to visit Taipei, Hong Kong, Manila, Bangkok, and Singapore. A significant highlight of their tour will be their first North America tour in September, visiting cities like Newark, Chicago, Grand Prairie, Inglewood, San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Mexico City. Moreover, the group is set to hold an encore concert at the prestigious Tokyo Dome on November 18-19.
