A Milestone Achievement for the Rising K-pop Girl Group

I-dle’s 400 Million Milestone

The K-pop girl group I-dle (members Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua) achieves a major milestone as their music video for Queencard surpasses 400 million views on YouTube as of the 19th. Released in May 2023 as the title track of their sixth mini-album I Feel, the song has consistently garnered love and popularity among fans worldwide.

Consistent Popularity

For I-dle, this marks a significant first: achieving 400 million views with a single music video. The Queencard music video captivated audiences early on, surpassing 100 million views merely 18 days post-release and sparking a global frenzy. Their tracks ‘TOMBOY‘ and ‘Nxde‘ have also amassed over 300 million views each, while ‘LATATA‘ and ‘Oh my god‘ each exceeded 200 million views.

A Testament to Their Success

The group further showcases its influence and stature in the industry with songs such as ‘Han (一)‘, ‘LION‘, ‘HWAA‘, ‘MY BAG‘, ‘Allergy‘, and ‘Super Lady‘ each reaching over 100 million views. With a recent rebranding and a new mini album, We are, I-dle continues to set new records, achieving 1.0635 million copies sold in the first week, making it the highest debut sales for any K-pop girl group album this year.

Upcoming Global Presence

I-dle is set to expand their global presence by headlining at Japan’s SUMMER SONIC 2025 music festival in August and embarking on a Japanese tour in October, providing an opportunity for Japanese fans to enjoy their performances live.
