In a recent director’s talk, Shin Won-ho, the creative force behind both series, confirmed that cast members from Hospital Playlist will appear as guest stars nearly every episode. ‘Some scenes will be light-hearted, while others will serve as essential narrative bridges,’ he shared. Coming up next: beloved character Kim Jun-wan, played by Jung Kyung-ho, will make a highly anticipated cameo.

Already, the second episode surprised viewers with the return of Ahn Eun-jin as Chu Min-ha, stirring curiosity among fans about her married life with Yang Seok-hyung (Kim Dae-myung).
