A spokesperson said, “The ‘sasaeng’ was repeatedly pushing and trying to make physical contact with the members from the entrance of the airport. The security guard intervened to stop this, but we acknowledge the response was excessive and have lodged a complaint with the security firm. We are committed to maintaining order during future travels to ensure the safety of our artists.”
