On October 4, Hyeri delighted her fans with a recent update on her social media, showcasing her radiant charm by alternating between white heart and purple heart emojis.

In the released photos, Hyeri is seen wearing a white vest with her hair neatly tied, holding diet products in both hands while gazing at the camera. Her distinct facial features and small face emphasize her trademark pure and healthy image.

In another shot, she dons a black sleeveless top, with her hair cascading down, taking a pose that highlights her side profile. The angle accentuates her sharp nose and natural facial line, capturing the audience’s attention.

Hyeri’s Real Estate Ventures

According to a report by News1 on the 1st, Hyeri acquired an aged multi-family house for approximately 77.5 billion won in August 2022 through a family-registered corporation in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The site boasts a prime location dubbed a ‘triple station area,’ situated within walking distance of Seonjeongneung Station (Line 9 and Suin–Bundang Line) and Gangnam-gu Office Station (Line 7).

The old property was demolished, and a new building spanning two underground and six aboveground floors was reportedly constructed.

When the costs of acquisition (77.5 billion won), ancillary charges (4.5 billion won), and construction costs (approximately 25 billion won) are summed, the total investment in the property amounts to 107 billion won.

In addition, Hyeri purchased an old residential building in December 2020 in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu through her corporation for 43.9 billion won, which was also rebuilt. It’s currently estimated to be worth over 100 billion won.

Industry insiders speculate that selling these properties could yield profits exceeding 30 billion won.
